White Feather Studios Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller for TenaxStack, including www.tenaxstack.com and app.tenaxstack.com.
What we collect
We process account and contact information you provide, authentication and security records, product data you choose to enter, and technical records needed to operate and protect the service. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics 4 may receive device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, and privacy-safe interaction events.
How and why we use it
- To provide and secure TenaxStack, perform our contract, and respond to requests.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our legitimate interests in reliable and secure operation.
- With your consent, to understand site usage and improve our product and content.
Analytics and cookies
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 are loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. We do not send architecture content, account details, form content, repository names, or project identifiers to Google. Advertising, remarketing, Google Signals, and ad personalisation are disabled. Sharing and international processing
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, communications, security, and—where consented—Google analytics. Providers may process data outside the UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and security
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, contractual and legal requirements, security, and dispute handling. Analytics retention follows the setting configured in our GA4 property. We apply proportionate technical and organisational safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
